Shipping & Policies: Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
All orders will go Priority Mail and will reach you in 4-7 business days.
At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders are shipped from our center in Southern California..You may cancel an order by emailing our processing center.
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once they are shipped. Tracking: You will receive one or more tracking numbers with the confirmation email we send you when your order is shipped. The tracking number can be used to check the status of your package (at our shippers online store www.ups.com/tracking.html) We are happy to ship orders anywhere in the world, however, we would need to calculate your detailed shipping costs appropriately.

Item Availability: We make every effort to be in stock for all of our items, however, sometimes the most popular items do become unavailable. We do not back stock items, therefore we would contact you via email should your item become unavailable.
Returns: We are very proud of our products, however, we understand that sometimes there may be a need to return or exchange an item, if something isn’t quite what you expected. In that case, we can give you a refund or an exchange (send you another color, a new size or an entirely different style). You may return or exchange any non- sale item.with an original receipt up to 30 days from the date on your packing slip. . All returns must be made via mail & are not returnable to stores. Shipping charges will apply to mail-in exchanges.
To return: Please complete and return the duplicate copy of your packing slip along with your merchandise. If you no longer have the original packing slip, please contact our customer service via email to obtain an authorization number. Please make every effort to use our original packaging. We suggest you track your package & use a creditable shipper, as we are not responsible for any package we do not receive.
